Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Please note that all products sold on INNOVASOFT / Innsoftx are digital license keys and are non-tangible, irrevocable goods.

1. Replacement & Refund Policy

In case a digital license key is found to be defective or non-functional, our policy is as follows:

  • We will first attempt to replace the defective license key with a new working license code.

  • Refunds will be considered only if replacement is not possible and strictly subject to approval.

  • Any refund request must be raised via email to support@innsoftx.com within 48 hours of purchase, clearly mentioning the issue and order details.

  • No refund requests will be accepted after 48 hours from the time of purchase, under any circumstances.

2. Proof of Defective License

  • A license key will be considered defective only after verification by the issuing company (e.g., Microsoft).

  • The customer must provide official error output or confirmation from Microsoft as proof.

  • Without valid proof, no replacement or refund will be processed.

3. Compatibility Disclaimer

  • Software compatibility is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

  • We act only as a license reseller; all software products are owned, developed, and copyrighted by their respective brands.

  • No refunds will be provided for compatibility issues, including but not limited to:

    • Unsupported operating systems

    • Hardware limitations

    • Region-based restrictions

    • User misconfiguration or lack of technical knowledge

4. Duplicate Orders

  • The only scenario where a valid and working license may be eligible for refund is duplicate payment or duplicate order for the same product.

  • Refunds will not be granted for any other reason.

5. Delivery of Digital Keys

  • Once digital license keys are delivered via WhatsApp or email, the transaction is considered final and complete.

  • Digital keys are irreversibly transmitted and cannot be revoked or retrieved, hence no refund is applicable after delivery.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7 working days.

7. Microsoft Office 365 Disclaimer

  • In Microsoft Office 365, the platform supports only the display of the preferred name without domain inclusion.

  • This is a technical limitation controlled by Microsoft, and INNOVASOFT holds no responsibility for this behavior.

  • Refund requests related to domain name display issues will not be accepted.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

  • Since the product is digital in nature, cancellation is not possible after order confirmation.

9. System & Local Issues Disclaimer

  • INNOVASOFT does not take responsibility for any local system, hardware, OS, network, or third-party software issues that may prevent normal functioning of the purchased software.
